Description

Ham, turkey and melted cheese on soft rolls. Sweet and spicy. Finished with powdered sugar and raspberry jam. Everyone will love this! Great for holiday breakfast, lunch or snack for Christmas and Thanksgiving parties!

  1. Prepare the Oven and Baking Dish:

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease or line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

  1. Assemble the Sliders:

    • Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping the top and bottom halves intact.
    • Place the bottom half of the rolls in the baking dish.
    • Layer the turkey slices, followed by Swiss cheese, then ham, and finish with provolone cheese.
    • Place the top half of the rolls back on top.
  1. Prepare the Egg Mixture:

    In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.

     

  1. Coat the Sliders:

    Pour the egg mixture evenly over the assembled sliders, ensuring all rolls are soaked.

  1. Bake the Sliders:

    • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
    • Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes until the sliders are golden and the cheese is melted.
  1. Finish and Serve:

    • Dust the sliders with powdered sugar and drizzle raspberry jam on top.
    • Serve warm with extra jam on the side for dipping.
